Waitress

We are seeking a Waitress to join the team at Pano Sky Lounge in Kuta, Bali. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to work in one of Bali's premier hospitality venues. As a Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is fundamental to delivering the high standards of customer service that define Pano Sky Lounge and contribute directly to our reputation for excellence in the hospitality sector.

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in accordance with reservations and floor management
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicating these clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring plates are presented correctly and at appropriate temperatures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station, including tables, chairs and dining areas throughout service
• Checking in with guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
  
  Clearing and resetting tables between seatings with efficiency and attention to detail
• Assisting with general venue maintenance and setup for events or special services
• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery

• Prior experience as a waitress or in customer-facing hospitality roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tables simultaneously
• A positive, engaging attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable
• A willingness to learn and adapt to our service standards and procedures
