F&B Inventory Audit Officer

The F&B Inventory Staff is responsible for supporting daily inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock records and proper monitoring of inventory levels. This role assists in conducting regular stock counts, maintaining real-time inventory data, and identifying slow-moving or critical stock items. The position plays an essential role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient F&B operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or relevant educational background; a degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage

Minimum 0-1 year of experience in inventory control, store keeping, warehouse operations, or F&B operations; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Basic understanding of stock management principles, inventory control procedures, and warehouse operations is preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, reporting) or inventory management systems is an advantage

Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to report clearly and coordinate with team members and supervisors

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling stock, documentation, and data entry

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment with tight timelines

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Demonstrates responsibility, discipline, and integrity in handling inventory and company assets
