Wellbeing Operations Manager

We are looking for a Wellbeing Operations Manager to lead daily operations and commercial performance across Merasa, Spa and (farm) acy. This is a management role, reporting to the Head of Wellbeing, at the intersection of wellbeing experiences, financial performance, operational planning and team development.

A major part of the role is turning wellbeing programming into well-run sessions, treatments and retail experiences that guests choose to return to. The Wellbeing Operations Manager will translate the Head of Wellbeing’s direction into delivery plans, manage budgets and resources, and guide the teams responsible for each outlet.

• Oversee daily operations across Merasa, Spa and (farm) acy, maintaining service quality, safety and a consistent guest experience.
• Manage revenue, P&L and budgets, identifying opportunities to improve pricing, packages, session participation and cost efficiency
• Bring new wellbeing programmes into operation, coordinating staffing, schedules, resources and launches across the three outlets
• Lead and develop the wellbeing team, manage facilitator and vendor agreements, and work with other departments to improve performance

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Wellbeing, Public Health, Business Administration or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in wellbeing programme management, health promotion or related operations
• Strong commercial understanding, including P&L management, budgeting, revenue performance and operational planning
• Experience leading teams, managing external partners and delivering wellbeing programmes from planning through execution

You will work closely with the Head of Wellbeing, practitioners and creative teams, building experience across programme coordination, brand communication and guest-facing practice.
