Operations Manager For Tour & Travel

We're hiring "Operations Manager for Tour and Travel"

• 1. Develop and manage the Landtour product portfolio in Bali (full-day tours, multi-day packages, private tours)
• 2. Build and expand the local partner network: restaurants, transportation, local guides, and attractions
• 3. Plan and execute regional expansion strategy, including integration with the Komodo route and surrounding areas
• 4. Oversee operational quality: review processes, handle complaints, and maintain service standards
• 5. Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team to bring products to the Vietnam and China outbound markets
• 6. Manage the operations budget and submit regular performance reports to the Board of Directors

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tour operations or travel management in Bali or Indonesia
• An established network of local vendors and suppliers in Bali is a strong advantage
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or Mandarin is a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the preferences and travel behavior of Vietnamese and Chinese tourists
• Flexible availability by season and willingness to travel within the region
