The Mission

To design and lead a modern HR function that supports operational excellence, high-performance culture, and scalable growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading full HR strategy (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement)
  • Designing workforce planning for expansion
  • Strengthening company culture and values alignment
  • Building leadership capability across outlets
  • Creating structured policies and compliance framework
  • Driving employer branding in Bali’s competitive hospitality market
  • Managing HR team and payroll oversight
  • Aligning people strategy with business and financial targets
What We’re Looking For

You are:

  • A strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability
  • Experienced in multi‑outlet F&B / hospitality operations
  • Strong in Indonesian labor law and compliance
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and founders
  • Skilled in building scalable HR systems
  • Data‑driven but people‑focused
  • Passionate about culture, not just paperwork
Experience Required
  • Minimum 8–10 years in HR leadership
  • At least 3–5 years in hospitality / F&B industry
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit operations
  • Strong track record in retention, engagement, and talent development
