Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and various interview and assessment methods.
  • Strong understanding of job roles, organizational structures, and competency mapping.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
  • Domicile in Bali is preferred
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and job specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through various channels, including job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and recruitment databases.
  • Establish and maintain a strong talent pipeline and talent bank for current and future hiring needs.
  • Organize and manage job fairs, career events, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and attract potential candidates.
  • Conduct candidate assessments using structured interview techniques and evaluation methods to ensure quality hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring progress updates for management review.
  • Support on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and hiring-related initiatives.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining company branding and professionalism.
