Bluuu Tours is hiring an HR Manager to keep our team healthy, motivated, and comfortable ’ll focus on people care, team culture, and fair day-to-day HR operations — plus hiring when needed and handling offboarding when it’s time.

• Maintain a positive, respectful team environment (conflict prevention + resolution)
• 1:1 check-ins, feedback loops, and employee support
• Onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation
• Hiring and coordinating interviews when new roles open
• Help managers with performance conversations and team issues
• Keep basic HR processes organized (policies, attendance, leaves, etc.)

• 2+ years in HR / People Ops (hospitality/tourism is a plus)
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive topics
• Practical, organized, able to work independently
• English is a must

• Salary from IDR 12,000,000/month (based on experience)
