Location: Kuta

PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate Office team in Jimbaran, Bali. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function across the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities
1. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll

Manage compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.

Ensure compliance with all compensation regulatory requirements and conduct market analysis to stay competitive.

Oversee the end-to-end processes for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

2. Policy Development & Compliance

Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment.

Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices uphold ethical standards.

3. HR Analytics & Reporting

Utilize HR analytics to generate insights into workforce performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on HR initiatives, challenges, and metrics.

4. Strategic HR Leadership

Collaborate with HCD, executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s mission and business objectives.

Analyse workforce trends and metrics to forecast future HR needs and implement proactive solutions.

5. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Coordinate with HCD about talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates, enhancing the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Develop and optimize recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviewing frameworks, and onboarding programs.

6. Learning and Development

Collaborate with HCD to design comprehensive training and development programs that foster employee skills, knowledge, and career advancement.

Implement mentorship and coaching initiatives to cultivate leadership potential within the organization.

7. Performance Management

Collaborate with HCD to develop an effective performance management system that includes goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.

Coach managers and employees on performance improvement plans and development pathways.

8. Employee Engagement & Culture

Create initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive retention.

Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement improvements.

9. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Drive initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring all employees feel valued and supported.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training programs that educate employees on diversity issues and promote cultural competence.

Leverage HRIS and emerging technologies to streamline HR processes, enhance data management, and improve the employee experience.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
Master’s degree or possess HR certification preferred.

Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience, with a focus on corporate HR functions and strategic initiatives.

Expertise in compensation benefits, labor laws, performance management, and employee relations.

Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, alongside a high level of emotional intelligence.

HRIS, data analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, especially for key positions, along with knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

Leadership and team-development & engagement

Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities

Project management skills, with a knack for driving initiatives to completion

CHRP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred
