Responsibilities
- Develop and execute corporate revenue strategies to improve ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue.
- Manage pricing, yield, inventory, and demand forecasting across multiple properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and booking pace to identify opportunities.
- Optimize distribution channels (OTAs, direct, GDS) and ensure rate parity compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and E-commerce teams to drive commercial results.
- Prepare regular revenue performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Lead revenue reviews and support budgeting and business planning processes.
- Provide guidance and training to property-level revenue/ reservation teams.
