Our Marketing Department manages high-standard campaigns, partnerships, content production, influencer collaborations, paid advertising, and brand positioning.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant with a marketing background who understands structure, reporting, and digital communication.

This role requires intelligence, strong organizational skills, and initiative.

The Marketing Admin Assistant will support the Marketing Director in managing campaigns, reports, digital communications, and internal systems.

The ideal candidate:

• Understands marketing fundamentals
• Is comfortable reading and interpreting performance data
• Is highly organized in digital environments

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Compile Meta Ads and Google Ads performance summaries
• Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
• Analyze campaign performance and identify inconsistencies
• Maintain structured and accurate marketing dashboards
• Respond professionally to Instagram and Whats App inquiries
• Maintain brand tone of voice and positioning
• Escalate sensitive or high-level inquiries to management
• Track and organize incoming leads

• Support campaign timeline management
• Track influencer deliverables and agreements
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external vendors
• Ensure all marketing assets are delivered on schedule

• Organize and maintain Notion workspace
• Structure and manage Google Drive folders
• Maintain consistent file naming systems
• Archive content and contracts properly

• Background in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 1–3 years experience in a marketing-related role
• Experience preparing reports and analyzing performance data
• Strong understanding of Instagram and digital marketing
• Proficient in Notion and Google Workspace
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
