Location: Denpasar

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing & Social Media Strategist to lead strategy, planning, and execution for our clients. This role is for someone who thinks holistically — from marketing direction to content, execution, and performance.

Responsibilities

Build 3–6 month marketing plans for clients
Plan content direction and monthly content calendars
Create clear reports and insights for clients
Plan and direct photo & video shoots
Lead and align the creative team (designers, editors, social media manager, photographer, videographer)
Ensure execution stays aligned with strategy and client goals

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in marketing or social media strategy
Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and creative execution
Able to think creatively and actively contribute ideas
Confident leading teams and directing creative output
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to work full-time on-site in Bali

Nice to Have

Agency experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content performance
Experience working with multiple clients or brands
