Senior Bartender​/Bar Supervisor – Venue; Bali

We are looking for a professional and experienced Senior Bartender to lead bar operations in a high-energy, high-volume hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on behind the bar, confident in service, and capable of supervising staff while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.

Lead daily bar operations during assigned shifts

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and beverages to high standards

Supervise, train, and support bartenders and barbacks

Ensure speed, consistency, and quality during peak service hours

Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Monitor stock levels, wastage, and basic inventory control

Follow standard recipes, portion control, and costing guidelines

Coordinate with management to improve bar efficiency and menu execution

Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Bartender, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar operations

Experience working in high-volume bars, lounges, or clubs

Confident leadership and team communication skills

Able to work night shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules

Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Fluent in basic to conversational English

IDR 6,000,000 – 8,000,000 per month (based on experience)
