FOOD PREPARATION
- Memastikan area dapur bersih, rapi dan aman.
- Memastikan semua peralatan (termasuk induction cooker, rice cooker, dsb.) bersih dan laik pakai.
- Mengawasi, memastikan dan menyiapkan bahan-bahan untuk food preparation.
- Mengawasi, memastikan penyimpanan bahan makanan tersimpan dengan baik pada suhu penyimpanan yang tepat.
- Mengawasi, memastikan peralatan dapur yang sudah kotor dibersihkan dan disanitasi.
- Mengawasi dan menjaga personal grooming.
- Memasak bahan masakan untuk cold dish dan hot dish.
- Menyajikan makanan sesuai pada wadah yang tepat.
