Senior Cook

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations.

You will play a key role in maintaining food quality, consistency, hygiene standards, and team coordination.

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during service
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Help with menu preparation and mise en place
• Control stock, reduce waste, and assist with orders
• Step in for the Head Chef when needed

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Chef
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and team spirit
• Flexible, reliable, and professional attitude
• Specialization:
  Knowledge of bakery and pastry is highly desirable
