Overview

Electrolux is a leading global appliance company. We are looking for a Sales Supervisor for the Medan area to develop and execute online sales strategies, drive growth, and lead a team across East Java and Medan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and mentor inside sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead team to meet sales targets, implement sales strategies, and manage customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other teams to maintain effective communication.
• Build strong negotiation and communication relationships with customers to close deals.
• Cooperate closely with key information owners in e‑commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in planning & implementing sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to identify sales trends and patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies in the sales environment.

Location

• Remote in Medan, Indonesia.
• Reporting operationally to Area Sales Manager.
