Sales Area Bali

Overview

Sales Executive/Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or beauty retail. Having a network and experience in handling distributors is a plus. Target-driven with a competitive mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, confident, and adaptable. Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Willing to undertake high mobility within Denpasar Bali and surrounding areas.

• Achieve and exceed the sales targets for the defined territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor networks and general trade cosmetic stores.
• Approach and negotiate to place Otwoo products in new outlets (market expansion).
• Monitor sales performance at each outlet and provide periodic analytical reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and product launches.
• Ensure product cleanliness and merchandising at outlets in accordance with Otwoo brand standards.
• Collect market and consumer feedback to help develop business strategies.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Sales Executive/Sales Representative in cosmetics, FMCG, or beauty retail.
• Strong network and experience in handling distributors is a plus.
• Target-focused with a competitive mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, confident, and adaptable.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be highly mobile within Denpasar Bali and surrounding areas.
