Responsibilities
- Respond to potential customer and client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat
- Address client issues and find solutions that meet their needs
- Upsell company recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of potential customers and clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably residing in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Open to all nationalities;
English fluency is compulsory. KITAS will be provided by the company for eligible candidates. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive, proactive, and sales-driven mindset.
- Honest, loyal, quick learner, team player, and adaptable.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changes.
