HoReCa & Brand Partnerships Executive; F&B – Bali

Francis is one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing healthy food brands, distributing 50+ SKUs nationwide across leading modern trade retailers. The brand consistently ranks among top performers in its category across major supermarket chains and continues to expand rapidly.

We are now building a premium presence within Bali’s Ho Re Ca  ecosystem — focusing on 4–5 star hotels, top-tier cafés, beach clubs, and boutique wellness venues.

This role will lead that expansion.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will be responsible for positioning Francis within Bali’s most premium hospitality venues through:

• Bulk supply partnerships (breakfast buffet, bar snacks)
• Co-branded menu collaborations with chefs
• Minibar & boutique hotel placements
• Strategic brand visibility initiatives

You will own and build the Bali Ho Re Ca  channel.

• Identify and secure partnerships with premium hotels & top cafés
• Develop co-branded menu concepts with chefs
• Drive recurring bulk supply agreements
• Build strong long-term relationships with procurement teams & venue owners
• Coordinate closely with distributor for smooth fulfillment
• Track competitor presence and market opportunities
• Report pipeline, revenue, and placement strategy monthly

• 2–5 years experience in Ho Re Ca  / food service sales
• Existing network in Bali hospitality scene is highly preferred
• Fluent in English
• Confident engaging with GMs, chefs, and business owners
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Based in Bali
• Background in food distribution, dairy, coffee, ingredients, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred
