Property Sourcing & Market Scouting

• Identify and map potential hotel and resort assets across Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak
• Conduct cold outreach through direct visits, calls, and strategic networking
• Establish direct communication with property owners and key decision‑makers

The Experience

• Background in real estate acquisition, hotel brokerage, business development, or luxury sales
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s hospitality market, especially Legian and Seminyak
• An existing network of hotel owners or senior real‑estate contacts is a major advantage

The Skills

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred to navigate local ownership structures
• Strong negotiation and financial acumen
• Ideally you are Balinese, allowing you to confidently knock on doors of local Balinese operators

In 2017, Karma were awarded the contract to manage and develop the golf course on Rottnest Island in Western Australia and in Greece, RCI, the worldwide leader in vacation exchange, selected Karma Group to manage its operations in the Greek market whilst redevelopment began on Karma Minoan in Crete. Karma Group is a sponsor of the England Rugby 7’s team, as well as the Rosslyn Park HSBC National Schools Sevens, the world’s largest school rugby tournament.

Karma Group recently invested in its first racehorse with a view to future expansion of its stable.
