The RoleAs the Inside Sales Team Lead
, you will be accountable for the day‑to‑day performance, development, and engagement of the SDR team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Management &
Coaching:
Leading, mentoring, and supporting SDRs to consistently meet and exceed performance targets. - Training & Development: Delivering structured onboarding and ongoing skills development, including cold calling, objection handling, and effective use of CRM and sales technology tools.
- Performance Management: Tracking and analysing key activity metrics (calls, emails, Linked In outreach), pipeline contribution, and meeting quality.
- Motivation & Culture: Building a high‑energy, competitive, and supportive team culture that drives accountability and success.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Working closely with senior leadership and client account managers to align on targets, reporting, and performance expectations. - Process Improvement: Continuously improving outreach strategies, messaging frameworks, and utilisation of sales tools (CRM, diallers, sequencing platforms and AI tools).
- Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative with a strong record of achieving targets.
- Prior leadership, coaching, or team‑mentoring experience (formal or informal) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach junior sales reps on cold calling, email outreach, and qualification frameworks (e.g. BANT).
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence in tracking KPIs and translating data into practical actions.
- High energy, resilience, and the ability to foster a positive, performance‑driven culture.
