- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management (typically 1–3 years, depending on the role).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub Spot is an advantage.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is often preferred.
