As a Sales Operations and Sales Full‑Time team member, you will manage sales data, analyze team performance, and support marketing strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring sales target achievement and preparing monthly and annual reports
• Coordinating with marketing to improve campaign effectiveness
• Assisting in sales system development and training of team members
• Ensuring consistency in sales administrative processes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum high‑school or vocational school education
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience
• Strong sales analysis and marketing strategy skills
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of sales operations
• Initiative, creativity, and commitment to growth
