Role Description The B2B Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar. This position is responsible for conducting outbound calls, messages, and emails to prospective business clients, following clear lead criteria and campaign guidelines. The role includes qualifying leads, nurturing prospects over multiple touchpoints, and scheduling confirmed meetings with decision makers, influencers, and relevant points of contact. The B2B Appointment Setter will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, update lead statuses, and report on daily outreach and conversion metrics.

Collaboration with the strategy team to refine messaging, provide feedback from calls, and support ongoing campaign optimization is an essential part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confident phone outreach, clear written communication, and active listening abilities.
• Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting, with a proven ability to qualify leads and secure meetings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools, as well as basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow structured scripts and campaign frameworks while adapting messaging to different industries and decision makers.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle high-volume outreach and meet daily and weekly targets.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive mindset and resilience when handling objections.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and other regional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in APAC markets or corporate event promotion is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
• Available to start in Bali for mid August 2026.
