Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Officer based in Denpasar.
The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations and sales operations, generating leads, and supporting business growth through various sales channels. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, and business partners.
Key responsibilities- Manage customer communications and sales inquiries for the French market, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assisting with reservations, quotations, and booking follow-up
- Supporting sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and partners
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Monitoring outstanding payments, documents, and guest requirements
- Assisting with sales reporting and administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales, reservations, travel, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in lead generation and identifying sales opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of sales operations and booking procedures
- Familiarity with channel sales and partner network management
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with travel agents and corporate clients
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple bookings, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable using digital tools such as email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and booking platforms
- Strong follow-up and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
French or additional languages are a strong advantage - Experience working with international clients and adapting communication styles across cultures
- Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling guest information and documentation
- Passion for diving, adventure travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism is highly valued
