Bali Swim is a global B2B swimwear manufacturer based in Bali, serving emerging and established swimwear brands worldwide. We have a strong inbound sales engine and global presence. For 2026 and forward, we are expanding our outbound channel to build a structured digital pipeline alongside inbound.

We are hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to focus purely on proactive digital prospecting and pipeline generation. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new swimwear and fashion brands globally. This is a performance-driven role with strong bonus upside.

Identify and research target swimwear and fashion brands

Build and maintain prospect lists

Execute Linked In outreach campaigns

Run structured cold email sequences

Personalize outreach using research and AI tools

Qualify prospects and book sales calls

Create and maintain accurate deal records in Pipedrive

Hit weekly measurable activity targets

All outbound-sourced deals will be clearly tracked in CRM.

Reports to Head of Sales

Works closely with Sales Systems Support for CRM and KPI tracking

Collaborates with inbound sales team for deal handover and closing

2+ years experience in outbound B2B sales or business development

Proven experience with Linked In Sales Navigator

Experience running cold email campaigns

Strong CRM discipline (Pipedrive experience preferred)

Comfortable working with weekly activity KPIs

Self-driven and able to work independently

Consistent weekly outbound activity

Clear documentation in CRM

Ownership of pipeline performance

Comfort with measurable targets

Experience in fashion, textiles, manufacturing, or private label

Experience selling to founders or small brands
