The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denpasar, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with individual guests, corporate clients, and event partners. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for events, group bookings, and partnerships. The Sales Manager will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and F&B teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and memorable guest experiences.
Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing regular reports, and representing Luna Beach Club at on-site and local networking activities. The Sales Manager is expected to uphold Luna’s commitment to sustainability and community engagement in all sales initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, account management, and business development.
- Experience with customer relationship management, client communication, and negotiation.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills, including comfort with sales targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or resort/beach club environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment and supporting evening or weekend events as needed.
- Commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and inclusive guest service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
