- Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-company accounting, including intercompany billings
- Strong transactional skills in AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Experience with job cost accounting and construction-related financials
- Proficiency in Spectrum or similar accounting software
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; basic Word skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- No criminal history
- Experience in construction, residential utility, paving, or land development industries
- Familiarity with Trimble Spectrum software
- Bookkeeping background with strong transactional accounting skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Relevant industry experience preferred; bachelor's degree not mandatory
- Ability to work onsite daily in Grapevine, TX, with standard hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday; half-day Friday)
- Experience managing multiple entities (7-10 companies) with intercompany transactions
- Construction or real estate development experience highly valued
