Position: Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Muenster Pet, founded in 1932 in Muenster, TX, and now headquartered in Denton, TX, has been creating high-quality pet food for nearly a century. As a family‑owned business spanning four generations, we specialize in trusted, science‑backed nutrition for pets. Our state‑of‑the‑art freeze‑drying facility produces a wide range of premium kibble, freeze‑dried meals, and treats designed to promote pet health and happiness.

Partnering with brands and retailers nationwide, we develop innovative, research‑driven private‑label products that pet parents trust.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Office Manager based in Denton, TX. The Office Manager will provide administrative support for our 24/7 plant including supplies ordering, new hire support, boots and lockers inventory and general admin work. Assistance will be required to support our CEO's travel, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, handling confidential information, and coordinating meetings, Additional tasks include facilitating communication between executives and internal as well as external stakeholders, managing administrative workflows, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Schedule

Onsite required - Monday - Friday

8am-5pm or 7am-4pm schedule

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance roles
  • Strong skills in managing Expense Reports and providing administrative support
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with executives and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office software (Excel, Canva) and calendar management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail
