Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals are looking for a detail-oriented Data Processor to support our Quality department by maintaining the accuracy, organization, and integrity of company records and documentation. If you're highly organized, comfortable working with computers, and enjoy keeping information accurate and up to date, we'd love to hear from you.

• Maintain, organize, and manage data in paper, electronic, and other storage formats.
• Document, issue, distribute, track, and process records and files.
• Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and properly maintained throughout its lifecycle.
• Utilize multiple filing systems and retrieval processes.
• Assist with maintaining accountability records and final disposition of documents.
• Provide guidance and skill coaching to less experienced team members as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Manufacturing facility with a loud production environment.
• Position requires sitting and performing computer work for extended periods.
