We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Denton, TX area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations.
Aboutthe Position of Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.
About the Position of Service ManagerThe Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends required under‑car repair services. Responsibilities include directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians; staging vehicle repair and maintenance work; communicating directly with customers; assessing needs; providing repair information; ensuring customer satisfaction; and driving sales initiatives.

QualificationsMinimum requirements:
at least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the United States; and one year of experience or training in: (1) automotive parts and/or tire sales; (2) automotive repairs/maintenance; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
