We’re looking to hire a talented Commercial Excellence Director based in Denton, TX. Reporting to the Sr. Director Commercial Excellence & Business Development the Commercial Excellence Director is responsible for driving commercial performance by leading strategic initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, business processes, analytics, and organizational capabilities.

• Partner with commercial leadership to develop and execute strategies that improve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze commercial performance, market trends, customer insights, and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop actionable recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across commercial functions.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Product Management to execute business priorities.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Lead high-impact commercial excellence initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and success metrics.
• Coordinate activities across multiple functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to diagnose business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting to support decision-making.
• Evaluate commercial processes and recommend best practices that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and commercial excellence methodologies.
• Leverage data to measure the effectiveness of commercial programs and recommend improvements.

• Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Experience 5-10 years of progressive experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, or a related commercial leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational change.
• Manufacturing or industrial business experience preferred.
