Travel, Per Diem & Relocation- Per diem provided for required travel.
- Mileage reimbursement available for candidates living within driving distance.
- For those traveling farther, the client will cover travel for time required on-site.
- Relocation assistance is available for candidates interested in moving closer to the site.
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive construction and commissioning schedules for data center projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to gather input, validate sequencing, and ensure schedule feasibility.
- Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration or optimization.
- Proactively implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to maintain project milestones and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate and lead schedule review meetings, presenting updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project health, progress trends, and forecasting accuracy.
- Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Support project controls functions including progress measurement, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments.
- Provide schedule input for change orders, scope modifications, and claims analysis, ensuring accurate documentation and justification.
- Ensure adherence to client’s scheduling standards, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path method (CPM), and resource loading.
- Experience with data center construction or mission‑critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑tech environments with aggressive timelines.
- PMP, PSP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
