• NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year experience (level I), two years (level II), or three plus years in industrial/commercial construction preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds
• Compliance with all safety standards and procedures

• NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• One to three plus years’ experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred
