Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and pipeline construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field OR strong civil/pipeline construction experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the wet utilities pipeline construction industry.
- Proven experience in underground pipeline construction and civil engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Large diameter pipeline construction experience (24" and up).
- Willingness to work FT onsite in Denton, TX or Texarkana, AR locations (relocation assistance provided).
