Location: Denton
Salary: £36K per Year (depending on experience) plus package
Contract: Permanent

The position is on social housing and public sector refurbishment projects in Manchester.
You will report to a Site Manager, and your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the programme of works, completed within correct timescales and budget.
- Ensuring health & safety is maintained and fostering a positive attitude towards H&S across the team.
- Monitoring the quality of work.
- Liaising with the client.
- Ordering materials.
Experience needed:
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering social housing refurbishment schemes.
- Stable and progressive career history on your CV.
