The LOL Podcast is a comedy podcast geared toward a young Gen-Z audience. We have 13M followers across platforms and won the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award for Best Podcast in 2025.

We work in a very small, tight-knit team, so someone’s ability to click with our team is just as crucial as their ability to work and their work ethic. We operate in a casual setting but produce and expect individuals to produce high-quality content. We’re looking for someone who is easygoing.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on team member to help develop and produce a variety of social media content across our different channels. This role will be involved throughout the content creation process, including contributing creative ideas, assisting with production, filming, post-production, and publishing content.

The day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the team and the content being produced. We’re looking for someone who can take an idea and help bring it to life, while also being comfortable jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving and make our team more productive.

The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, adaptable, and excited to take on a variety of responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work on-site in Denton, TX, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for recording schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, track tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hosts, guests, and team members, and to provide clear direction during production.
• Basic familiarity with filming and audio equipment required.
• Creative judgment and editorial sensibility to shape episode structure, refine topics, and maintain our tone and brand.
