• We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to work from 9:00am – 6:00pm. The pay range is based on experience.
• We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.
• We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full‑time positions.

• 1‑3 years customer service / sales related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Mac computers
• Time Management and good written, oral communication, and basic math skills

• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Providing material quotes and processing customer orders
• Providing excellent customer service
• Monthly goals and objectives for service goals
• Cold calls and follow up calls to expand business

This position is based in Denton, TX.
