• Help customers by phone with everything from balance questions to online banking guidance.
• Spot opportunities to connect customers with helpful banking products.
• Assist with fraud alerts, compromised cards, and customer education on scams.
• Stay sharp through ongoing training and compliance requirements.
• Provide support for Active/Live Teller.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and employees to assist with requests.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service in processing customers' transactions.
• Provide support to internal departments

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Call Center Experience (preferred)
• Banking experience (preferred not required)
