Missions in BriefThe Seine-Maritime department recruits within the medico-social center of BOLBEC. You ensure consultations and medico-social prevention actions for children under 6 years old, in their family and social environment, in connection with the medico-social team. You ensure early detection of anomalies and deficiencies, as well as the evaluation and prevention of maladaptations and disabilities of children under 6 years old, in connection with the medico-social team.
You contribute to the mission of child protection: prevention, early detection, and care of minors who are abused or neglected, in connection with the medico-social team and the Child Welfare Service. You participate in improving the quality of early childhood care. You transmit to your hierarchy the data related to the activity, allowing to verify the achievement of the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the institution.
Optional missions:
You participate in the management of crisis situations in communities and places of reception for children under 6 years old;
You contribute to the promotion of health and to public health research, upon validation of the management. You participate in the protection mission for persons unable to protect themselves. You ensure the tutoring and/or supervision of trainees.
Medical territorial staff (Doctor of Medicine - Qualified competent in pediatrics, gynecology-obstetrics, public health or child psychiatry). Knowledge of pediatrics, child psycho-affective development and child psychiatric pathologies from birth to 18 years. Knowledge of mental disorders and addictions. Knowledge of the symptoms of different forms of abuse. Knowledge of the skills, procedures, and orientations of the departmental medico-social policy. Knowledge of the local and specialized partnership environment.
Knowledge of the different existing medico-social systems. Interest in prevention and partnership work. Human relations skills - sense of listening and observation - availability - empathy - discretion. Car and driver's license are essential.

Art. L332-14 of the General Code of the Territorial Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position in the waiting period for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable up to a total duration of 2 years.
