• Provide comprehensive psychological services
  , including assessment, consultation, intervention, and counseling.

• Conduct evaluations to determine student eligibility for special education and behavioral supports.

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to students with high behavioral needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, juvenile services staff, and families to support student success.

• Provide individual and group counseling to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.

• Support staff with strategies for classroom management and crisis intervention.

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations regarding psychological services and documentation.

• Active Texas School Psychologist license (required).

• Minimum 2 years of school-based experience (preferred).

• Strong skills in crisis management, de-escalation, and trauma-informed practices
  .

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
