Position OverviewThe Associate Vice President of Admissions will lead a high-impact goal-oriented portfolio spanning undergraduate and graduate recruitment, admissions operations, and the campus visit experience. As a key member of the enrollment leadership team, this individual will influence institutional strategy, collaborate with senior leaders, and represent UNT to partners and communities across Texas and beyond.
UNT’s strategy focuses on developing student potential, driving innovation and partnerships, and advancing discoveries that strengthen regional and national competitiveness. The Associate Vice President will help translate this vision into action by building enrollment strategies that expand access, remove barriers, and support student success in alignment with evolving workforce needs.
This leader will design and execute data-informed enrollment strategies that drive growth and elevate the university’s profile. Through strong partnerships across campus, they will enhance the student recruitment cycle by expanding outreach, enhancing communication, and events.

Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field and ten years of closely related professional experience.

- Demonstrated technology proficiency with various software applications, CRM experience highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute enrollment management strategies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of enrollment management regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
