Position: Assistant Professor – Physics (Semiconductor Microelectronics, Experimental)

Position overview- Tenure-track position at Assistant Professor level.
- Research focus:
Experimental semiconductor microelectronics, preferably including radiation effects in semiconductors. - Develop an externally funded research program.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses effectively.
- Mentor student research.
- Provide departmental, university, and community service.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics.
- At least 1 year of postdoctoral or equivalent professional experience after Ph.D.
- Commitment to teaching.
- Experience with radiation effects in semiconductors.
- Research interests complementing UNT Center for Microelectronics in Extreme Environments and UNT Ion Beam Laboratory.
