This position will support faculty and their efforts in working closely with high school and college students who will be participating in a grant-funded workforce development program designed to assist students in their efforts to pursue a career in healthcare.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of professional related experience in coordinating or administering higher education programming or related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing responsibilities. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Recruiting high school and college students for Workforce Development Program
• Assisting students as they transition in their education toward a career in healthcare.
• Work closely with Sr. Program Project Coordinator to design and execute co-curricular programming.
• Assist students with college application process.
• Facilitate social and mentoring support with participants monthly and throughout the year

Communicating with others to exchange information.
