Position Overview
This position will support faculty in working closely with high school and college students who will be participating in a grant‑funded workforce development program designed to assist students in their efforts to pursue a career in healthcare.
Responsibilities- Recruit high school and college students for the Workforce Development Program.
- Assist students in transitioning in their education toward a career in healthcare.
- Work closely with Sr. Program Project Coordinator to design and execute co-curricular programming.
- Assist students with college application process.
- Facilitate social and mentoring support with participants monthly and throughout the year.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of professional experience in coordinating or administering higher education programming or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
