Position OverviewThe Kinesiology, Health Promotion & Recreation Department seeks qualified individuals for our Adjunct Instructor pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs. Location of course offerings will be at the Denton Campus.
Minimum QualificationsMust have a Master's degree in area of teaching to teach at the undergraduate level and a Ph.D (or equivalent) to teach at the graduate level.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious undergraduate or graduate level teaching experience in Kinesiology/Health Behavior, Fitness/Recreation, Event and Sport Management, or experience in a related field.
Physical RequirementsCommunicating with others to exchange information.
