Position OverviewThe Department of Linguistics seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor roles teaching undergraduate courses in introductory and general areas. The posting is for Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027. Potential instruction also needed in sociolinguistics, semantics, phonetics and phonology, language and law, and teaching English as a second language applications.
Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in Linguistics and prior experience teaching as an assistant or instructor of record.
- Master's degree in Linguistics, experience teaching or assisting in courses such as "Language of Now" and "Semantics and Pragmatics".
Communicating with others to exchange information.
