University of North Texas in Denton is seeking Desk Agents to support the Writing Center by monitoring the center's email, phone, and walk-ins. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required; prior tutoring in the Writing Center is preferred.
This is a non-professional, hourly, part-time role with varied shifts covering 9AM–9PM on weekdays and 9AM–3PM on Fridays, as needed for tutor rotation.
