Job Description

What You Will Be Doing: Your primary job role as a Tech Data Author - Level 2 will be a Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTD) author on the F‑35 Joint‑Service Technical Data (JTD) team. You will coordinate with the F‑35 engineering community to determine modification/retrofit tasks associated with specific engineering changes, analyze engineering data, and compile parts lists required to support the modification/retrofit defined by the Change Request (CR) being implemented.

You will author Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTD), providing clear, concise, step‑by‑step aircraft/equipment modification instructions and Modification Kit Parts Listings (MKPL). You may work with graphic artists to aide in the creation of illustrations for use in TCTD and will provide in‑the‑field technical support to maintainers/maintenance teams during verification/proofing events.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees.
