Basic Qualifications

• Production or aircraft maintenance experience as a maintainer or leader
• Experience in fighter aircraft organizational and depot level maintenance processes
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
• Ability to work jointly with customers and teammates to identify solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders

What You Will Be Doing: This position leads the end to end modification development process for the F-22 and F-35 air vehicle fleets, incorporating long range 5th Gen strategic planning, detailed planning & scheduling, and Depot Flow Planning to ensure timely, cost effective delivery of modification solutions across active projects.

• 15 years military aircraft maintenance experience on 5th generation weapon systems
• Experience in fighter aircraft organizational and depot level maintenance processes
• Experience with program/project management and program integration processes
• Strong customer relations skillset
• Experience working with a U.S. and International military customers
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Exposure to 3D modeling, and Tableau Dashboard applications

Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
