As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace.

This role primarily focuses on cybersecurity run activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Key responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve project architecture documents to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Review and approve daily IT security requests worldwide.
  • Monitor and drive cybersecurity remediation plans.
  • Track and mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Approve and align architecture documents for IT projects in North America.
  • Facilitate communication between the SOC and internal teams, streamlining handling of security alerts and incident response.
  • Ensure timely compliance with audit recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Prioritize risks and coordinate with stakeholders for vulnerability resolution.
  • Oversee implementation of control plans to ensure security measures are deployed and maintained.
  • Help IT/IS team comply with internal standards and regulations by explaining rules and providing solutions.
  • Prioritize mitigation actions and treatment of vulnerabilities according to their criticality.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in cybersecurity.
  • Experience with CMMC certification is appreciated.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and NIST 800-171.
  • Advanced knowledge of CIS controls.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT architecture best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of network protocols.
  • Knowledge of application use in industry (PLM, ALM).
  • Basic knowledge of IT applications (IIS, Tomcat, MS SQL, Active Directory, PKI, ESXi).
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Red Hat).
